"This is a lovely hotel in the countryside about 15 minutes outside of Noto. The grounds and property were very nice. The only problem was the internet connectivity which was poor. The initial person we spoke to said he would look in to it and then said it was fixed. It wasn't until we checked out that another person at the desk said that it was do to the contract they have with the provider- star link, and the fact they are in the country side and maybe the rain. I would have appreciated an...

"The hotel was very clean and attractive. Staff was most helpful. The breakfast was excellent with delicious fresh baked croissants. The outdoor pool was beautiful and the whole setting was peaceful and restful."

"The room was very clean, the breakfast and breakfast service was delicious, and we really enjoyed the pool. I loved that we were able to order Americanos and espresso in the morning. There was also bar service with yummy cocktails by the pool in the evenings."

"We enjoyed our stay and the place was beautiful and well located. However, it unfortunately looks like the amendities haven’t been well kept over the years (ex. Dirty/worn off couch mattresses, uneaven mattress, etc.). The decor is very unique and beautiful, service was good."

"Giancarlo and Teresa took care of us throughout our trip. The location. Is right on the beach. It is walking distance to both downtown and the Port of Pozzallo. We always choose a second floor room with a patio so we can enjoy a glass of wine while looking over the sea. 11 out of 10 stars!"

"Second time staying. Wonderful and helpful staff, great breakfast, clean, and the perfect location!"

"Warm welcome and outstanding food! We purchased the dinner and found it spectacular. Her local specialties were so delicious and so many! So many of the appetizers were of local farms and recipes of the area. And Breakfast was extra special with warm local ricotta and delicious fruit. Great location for visiting Modica, Ragusa etc"

"clean, comfortable and spacious room, nice terrace with sea view. The beach was well-maintained and the service at the bar was excellent. However, there could be more food options (only a cold sandwich) and the nearest restroom is quite far from the beach. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was quite extensive but the food quality was rather average. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for the price."

"Flavio was very helpful and the place was clean and safe."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent. One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. Ask the people at the desk to arrange transportation to and from the town with Stefano, a most excellent and thoughtful...

"The hotel was designed beautifully. Exquisite taste. Elegant, stylish and charming. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The gardens were beautiful and exquisitely maintained. The terraces were charmingly furnished. Everywhere showed taste and charm."

"Annalisa was wonderful. She allowed us to get in early and even saved a spot for us to park. Amazing. The room was clean and cozy. A little small but for the one night it was perfect. The location could not be better. One block from the Main Street that is 1 min walking. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again."
