"We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "

"We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and in a lovely calm setting. The location is great for strolling round Siena and close to the bus station if you want to use Siena as a base. Our room and bathroom were excellent and there were nice quiet areas to rest or read. Really enjoyed this hotel. "

"We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access."

"I arrived with a minor injured knee and hand on the road, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with care—truly kind and thoughtful, even offering us two glasses of wine. The hotel itself, converted from a former monastery, is full of character and history. A unique and memorable stay."
