"A very nice property as described, with a large terrace, overlooked on most sides but with an unexpected view of the castle and swooping swifts making up for it. The host was very helpful throughout and kindly left us a generous welcome pack. I had no problem finding local street parking. Happy to recommend if touring the area by car. The train station and supermarket both less than 5-10 mins walk away."

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. Overall the apartment was big, beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and I’d recommend it to everyone."

"Everything was great with one exception. We were not warned that the building heating system was turned off for the season. On the first few days of our stay in late May the weather was quite cold. We contacted building management and they were very helpful in supplying a portable electric heater to take the edge off the cold."

When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. "Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. My family enjoyed swimming after long days walking in Rome."
