"Perfect location at the entrance to the historical center. Abundant and excellent breakfast choices. Super clean room and helpful staff."

"Staff super friendly. Good breakfast."

"Great and clean property overall. Staffs are very nice!"

"It was very nice and the Staff was very friendly and helpful. And it had an elevator."

"We had a good one night stay. Staff at reception were very helpful. Rooms need an update. In particular: The room locked with a key and we had to ask different staff members to help us open the door. It might have just been the last minute room we booked. You could tell others have had the same problem as the door knob was almost falling off from people pulling on it. The shower leaked and needed replacing. The rest of washroom was very nice."

"Great place"

"We have stayed at this Hotel a couple of times and we are very pleased with the quality and hospitality. Very consistent maintained."

"Ok"

Colazione a buffet in una stanza molto bella e curata con un bar aperto anche a chi fa passeggiate lungo il laghetto. Bellissimo"

"Everything was perfect from start to finish! I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean. Staff was very fryand accommodating. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent."

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was good, with pleasant staff serving it. Some of the other staff were noticeably less friendly, though. The room wasn't well cleaned. Some of the wooden skirting and fittings were swollen and damaged, and the bathroom sink taps leaked. There...
