"Everything was great. One suggestion: enable a type of bar-code for guests who purchase self-parking to automatically open gate upon scanning it. Getting car in and out was a bit of a hassle. Not nearly as bad as NOI Vitacura's basement spiral going 4 levels below ground, but still an extra step to get out. I think this is a common theme for Chile cities though - car usage is somewhat inconvenient in cities, streets are narrow, parking is awkward. Other than that though - this hotel was absolutely wonderful!"

"Incredible stay!! We will recommend it to all our friends and family who want to visit Chile. We love the property and the fabulous restaurant. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating and helped us with local winery reservations and recommendations - Emiliana was our favorite:) Wish we could have stayed longer."

"What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city."

"One of the most spectacular places I have ever been able to visit. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful people. So friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak the language very well. Food and wine is fantastic. Loved everything about this stop on our trip to Chile."
