"Was great! Hotel was clean and smelled great. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The man at the front desk opened the hot tub a few minutes early when he saw me waiting and let me know about the gas station 3 feet away!!! Great location as you never have to leave the hotel!"

"The Red Roof in Plano has an amazing staff that is very accommodating and very empathetic. They are on top of your jobs and they do it well and then make moves and try to help as best they can for people who might be a little short or need a little extra they are more than willing to give and help so go stay there"

"Was good and clean, the toilet bowl water was a little low and sink was kind of a weird shape, the pressure was pretty high, the tub drain was a little tilted but worked fine, but otherwise everything else was great. service was kind and professional and explained the details down. the cleaning staff were fast and tidy with their work. easy parking and walking to the food places nearby. access to other places in the area by car and location was nice. "

"Lobby has a smell. Not real pleasant. Our bed was wobbling from it not being attached to the wall anymore. The room itself was nice and clean. We were given clean towels daily and they had breakfast as well. All in all we will stay here again."
