"My favourite hotel. Luana, Rio and the team are very hospitable and helpful. They organized a private boat tour for us and provided lovely restaurant recs across the island.
Cava Grado is very special! With such close proximity to the beach makes an easy stay. See you next summer! "
"Authentic italian hotel, old fashioned decor but adds to its charm. Very clean, friendly welcoming staff.
Not as difficult to reach as some reviews had stated, no5 bus from port to Moronti and follow the board walk down the beach about 10mins. May have to walk through the sand for part of it, so may not be for everyone but absolutely stunning location, paradise for sea lovers!
Choice of beach bars and restaurants along the beach. "
"Struttura un po datata ,ma con tutti i confort.
Dal parcheggio (a pagamento) bisogna percorrere 700mt sulla passerella di legno dietro gli stabilimenti balneari....ma ne vale davvero la pena! Vista dalla camera mozzafiato. Colazione discreta. "
"Il sig. Carlo dedica anima, corpo e simpatia per mettere a proprio agio i suoi clienti che vanno via sempre felici. Il posto ha una visuale che poche altre strutture possono vantare. "
"Friendly welcome, helpful advice on what to see around the island and how to travel. Superb view from our balcony, comfortable. Wholesome home cooked, home grown food, if not locally sourced. Really happy we chose to stay here."
"Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. Warm and courteous hostess, the whole team very committed and friendly. Sinful sweets for breakfast….thank you all for a perfect stay, Anna&David"
"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."
"Wonderful hotel and spa, would recommend, not too far from the harbour town easily walkable with a free shuttle bus if you want it.
On site restaurant is average, better food in the town with lots to choose from. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. "
"Really nice place, clean and quiet. Natalina and her daughter were super helpful in terms of getting around the island. Did a lot of walking, the natural hot springs were maybe a 15 minute walk and the next town a little further but the island is gorgeous! "
"At the cusp of off season, this was the perfect place to stay. Just off the beach but not crowded; beautiful terrace; spacious comfortable room and lovely staff. "
"Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Sanni and Giuseppe were the best hosts you could ask for. Whether it was a delicious cappuccino every morning, dinner recommendations/reservation help, or their warm greeting every time you saw them, they truly made you feel like family. Spending time on the property with the lovely rooftop spring fed pool and incredible views truly felt like paradise. You are also a short walk away from the beautiful town of Sant’Angelo as well as the beach. It was the...
