"Space was larger than expected. Simply but very tastefully decorated with no clutter. Self check in was a little confusing, but detailed instructions were provided and we figured it out. management was only a phone call away"

"Enjoyed a week in Madrid with the family. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location for exploring central Madrid. Easy walk to the city centre, Plaza Mayor, Retiro park. Metro station, taxis and bus stops right outside so easy to get to Bernabeu and do trips out. Local cafes and shops were good and provided everything we needed during our stay. A bit noisy some nights but didn’t bother us. Would recommend this apartment and would consider it again for future stays. "

"Appartement simple, propre et à 2 pas de tous commerces et transports en commun. Gare Renfe Delicias et station métro à 2 minutes. Les principaux musées sont proches, accessibles à pied. Équipement sans souci, un peu juste pour faire la cuisine mais il y a tellement d’endroits pour bien manger à prix modéré à Madrid que cela n’est pas gênant. Manque de lumière en février car les petites fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure mais cela doit au contraire être appréciable dès que la chaleur...

"No tiene ahora diseño increíble .. está a falta de bastante mantenimiento .. mesas terraza roñosas, lámparas de pie no funcionan bien, las puertas algunas comidas por la humedad..las escaleras de madera muy gastadas y peligrosas y el ascensor se estropea con frecuencia ..3 días tuvimos que subir y bajar andando, otro día se estropeó la caldera, los muebles de poca calidad .. lo único con buena nota la ubicación . Estaría bien que lo restauren para que sea de diseño .. volvería por la ubicación...
