"Towels were not good. Old towels and it has a smell as well so we didn't use them. We felt like staying in someone's bedroom rather than accommodation. Otherwise all good from location, easy accessible to shops and convenient"

"Loved staying here"

"Super clean and spacious. Bed was a king but it was two king singles pushed together so wasn't the most comfortable but that would honestly be the only complaint. Other than that it was great! The pool looked awesome!"

"After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again. One lift was being...

"The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance."

"Excellent location! Very central, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centre. Apartment is squeaky clean and has everything you could possibly need for comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, beautiful living room and dining area with huge TV in both living room and bedroom. If you're looking for place to stay in Canberra, look no further. Quest Canberra is a real gem"

"Very comfortable and in a great location."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a place to park your car overnight and a Woolies across the road. Kitchenette makes self-catering possible, but we just ordered room service (didn't wait long at all - reasonably priced). Bed was soft with crisp linen. Room was clean. We were able to stream onto the big TV from our devices. All up: great spot!"

"Being pet friendly was a winner for us. It was so good to be able to bring them with us. Despite the room allocated as the pet friendly room, it was clean and had no animal smell. Recommend."

"Pet friendly which is important for us, a four legged companion didn't have easy access outside, we struggled with the staircase a little, otherwise very good, close to shops, walking tracks, etc."

"Parking and ease off access to apartment was good!! Close to shops, cafes good also!!"
