"room was clean and taken care every day, breakfast in dining room was ok but eggs a little to runny they fixed them on request to my liking and staff was very nice air conditioning was good and adjustable at will"

"The property is old but up to date. It has more than sufficient number of well trained, courteous staff. Its facilities are huge by Cartagena standards. The food is excellent. My only observation is that due to the relatively cheap accommodations price the guests aren't exactly the classiest. If you know what I mean."
