"This cottage was a lovely stay for us. The owner was receptive and answered all my questions quickly. Since it was before peak season we had the beach all to ourselves and didn't see a lot of people the whole week. We took many walks down the beach for treasures. I would advise bringing water shoes because you cannot escape the rocks. All in all ten out of ten. "

"We loved every part of our stay at Castleview Cove! The home was beautiful and MiCasa was so amazing to us! Answering any questions I had and great with response time! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. You could easily have 5 people in and it was ready for us when we arrived. We weren’t able to figure out how to connect to the Bluetooth, but it did show you could connect and play music to it. The home was so clean and a real treat to explore. And the most amazing views of the lake and sunrise each day. We enjoyed bonfires on the beach, making s’mores, skipping rocks, and if it had been warmer, we would have enjoyed paddle boarding or kayaking since they were available to use. The area was so quiet and peaceful, so we never wanted to leave. The drive to a local grocery was a bit long, but we didn’t mind. We traveled about 25 minutes to Walmart in Sandusky for all our needs. The only draw back was the limited cell service and the Internet didn't quite reach the apartment area in the back of the house. Maybe an extender could be put in?We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available. And we can’t wait to see the finished pool that’s being put in!!! "Patrick’s place was perfect. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space. The house was newly remodeled, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and more. The beach, a very short walk to the corner was private and quiet. The kayaks and bikes were a nice bonus. Patrick answered all our questions quickly. Mother Nature could have given us warmer weather, but everything else was awesome"

"Cute home is very tastefully decorated and has all the accommodations for an easy, memorable visit to the thumb areaTons of storage, generous sized bedrooms, comfy beds and plush linens. Nice appliance package in the kitchen Walkout basement has seating for large group, cool convenient bar area with ping pong and board games for days Reliable WiFi and TVs provided in every room Two separate decks full of seating - one with large grill, the other with bonfire pit and new hot tub positioned over a little ravine The land has the most beautiful tunnel of pine trees where we saw deer the first few minutes upon arriving And I have to mention the abundant stars for gazing at with no interruptions from city lights That alone was something in itself ! Dont search anymore - just book this amazing place. "

"Small but mighty! This was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in so far. The views are more than spectacular. The heated porch was perfect on the cooler days. We took a nap in the lounge chairs and used the propane fireplace. And let’s not forget George, the neighborhood cat! What a well behaved gentleman. If you’re a nature lover and like birds I highly recommend the roughly half hour drive to the Flynn Nature Preserve. The VRBO was just about 2 miles outside of Lexington which is a great little town to spend the day in. The beach there was unexpectedly nice. The hosts checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok and didn’t need anything else. We are planning on visiting here again!"
