"A clean room and comfortable beds for reasonable fees in this beautiful and fascinating Victorian building. Breakfast in their restaurant was hearty and delicious and totally worth it. Location is close to Tube and buses, easy walks. All staff was friendly and helpful. That said the doors are all very substantial and you hear people opening and closing doors at all hours. Overall A- and I would definitely stay here again."

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "My fiancée had an emergency whilst staying here. The man working the night shift on reception rang an ambulance for me. Unfortunately one wasn't available but he then helped me book a taxi as I wasn't aware of the hospital location. When we returned the next morning he let us stay an extra day for a reduced price. Very grateful. Would stay again. "
