"There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). "We could not fault this stay. Michele our host was welcoming and helpful. The villa was perfect for our needs. Spacious and accommodating. Gave us the privacy needed but close to all amenities. With restaurants within walking distance. The ‘lungomare’ was so beautiful to walk along. Would 100% recommend."

"Beautiful home in Riposto and wonderfully decorated. Close to everything and very clean. The checkin process was seamless with Luca and they hand you a manual with the house rules, in Italien, English and German. Secure designated parking behind the gate. "This property was not ready for guests. There was no gas for the cook top no light bulbs in the bedroom lamps no batteries in the remotes not accessible to a grocery store as the local one was closed. The fish restaurant was closed only stay there if you have a car"

"Great place with high standarts of comfort and unique hospitality of the owners Sara and Mimmo. Our children were happy to swim in the pool and to play piano in the living room. Mimmo gave us some lessons of sicilian cooking. Our best holidays!"
