Having a studio was a wonderful convenience and they ensured we always had extra tea and coffee. The location to the train station is amazing and the walk to the beach is still a quick one. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "The air conditioning wss great BUT is only in the living room. This means you have to leave the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. We might as well have rented a studio closer to the centre. The location is nice and quiet within walking distance of the beach, shops, the tram and the promenade. However, it was a long walk into the centre of Nice. The apt itself is very basic and we didn't have enough towels and paper essentials for a week long stay. We were provided with 1 large towel...

Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% "
