The staff were very helpful in correcting my mistake with the booking.Room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only thing they could improve would be better pillows (too soft for us).AC controls on the wall worked well.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It would have been nice to have toppings for the waffle bar. The hotel could definitely use a makeover. The price was a little high for the quality of the room/bathroom. The staff were great. The bed was very comfortable and there were several pillows, which I was very pleased.
