"Lovely anniversary stay! Champagne waiting for us in the room. We stayed in presidential wing with a view of mt. washington-wonderful, spacious and comfortable, though we did miss the creaky floors of the old hotel rooms. Staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Such a beautiful place."

"This was an excellent stay. They had a hot tub which came in handy as we were hiking all day and it was good to soak our tired legs. Breakfast was very good and Nick at the check in was awesome. Friendly and extremely helpful in every way he helped make this a great stay. Great location also makes this a highly recommended stay. "

"Place was comfortable and nicely set up! Grounds were great and pools were also nice. Only downfall was outdoor charcoal grill didn’t close which made grilling the food harder but other than that great stay! "

"Pollard Brook was the perfect base for a solo hiking week in the White Mountains. The room is well appointed with an incredibly comfortable bed. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a wonderful way to unwind after a day in nature. I took advantage of some of the activities; especially enjoyed the moose and wildlife tour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to hiking. "

"I didn't like the studio because of too much noise next door i felt like joining with other people same room, and then i went to the costumer service and complained, then she called me in 10 minutes and she transferred me to luxury room. Very very Satisfied she was very very nice!!!!"
