Really unfit for purpose The place felt grubby. Not enough crockery. No basics left eg milk bread washing up liquid. The upstairs toilet blocked on first day and left a voicemail msge to Gary but no reply. Bathroom needs immediate refurbishment. "A wonderful and spacious stone house with exceptional facilities especially in the kitchen. All the bedrooms has comfortable beddings and with enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "

"Great accommodation for our group of six! Had everything we needed and place was spotless & comfortable. Perfect outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful warm weather we had. Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales.
