"Lovely hotel in Vernazza close to the railroad station and only minutes away from the main business area with lots of restaurants and bars. Our double bed room was tight but it had a private bathroom and a view up the hills above the town. Breakfasts were included and provided a good variety of continental foods. Evelyn, the manager, was very friendly and personal and everyone else on the staff whom we encountered was great. Everyone spoke English, too."

"The exceptional host " Nasrin" greeted us on arrival, we were early for check in so she kept our bags for us(no charge) then after a explanation of the keys etc told us to go and look around and she would take our bags to the room for us. Perfect for a couple of weary travellers. Nasrin got us extra coffee and even came to our rescue when we couldn't lock our door, only to find it was magnetic and would only lock when we actually closed the door. The location is in the centre and close to the train, plenty of food options in the street below. "

"Finding the check-in office was a little confusing but I found a member of cleaning staff who was very helpful and took me to my room and then showed me where the office was to check in. Staff at the office were very knowledgeable of the area and helped answered all our questions. Room was very spacious and clean. No complaints, would stay again. "

"We just finished a 5 night stay here and cannot say anything bad! Maddy the host was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Great communication beforehand with directions and general info. We utilized the parking spots and Maddy was so kind and met us to show us where to park, then walked us to the unit (priceless). The unit itself is very convenient to shops and restaurants, and easy to navigate to the train station. Maddy gave us tons of info when we checked in that helped a lot, especially after an extremely long travel day. As with most places in Italy, be ready to haul your bags up/down steep inclines and steps. Can't recommend this place more!"
