"The room had connecting doors, even though the booking information only stated that connecting rooms were available, not that I would necessarily be assigned one. I specifically chose a higher-priced room, expecting a better experience.
Unfortunately, the room had virtually no sound insulation. I could hear the noise from both adjacent rooms as if the guests were inside my own room, which made it extremely difficult to rest. There was noise until midnight and then again from as early as 6 a.m.,...
"We were staying in a villa, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The two downstairs toilets didn’t work properly. And the first night we had to use the upstairs toilet. They repaired one and had to order a part for the second.
Wifi didn’t work downstairs.
Light bulbs needed replacing.
Then when we asked for a late check out, they wanted to charge us 50 euro!!!!
Property was nice , we were just disappointed that we had unnecessary inconvenience."
