" We had a truly memorable stay at Château de Maubreuil. We stayed in the Venice room, which was absolutely spectacular — incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of champagne and nightly turndown service with sweets. The staff were exceptional — nothing was too much trouble — and we were even granted a late checkout. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight: decadent, elegant, and delicious. The bar was equally impressive, with fantastic cocktails in a beautiful setting. The château grounds are stunning — you could easily spend hours wandering and relaxing. We did wish we had visited in summer to enjoy the pool, and it was a bit disappointing to learn that the spa is no longer operating — we would have loved to use those amenities. Also, while the food was exquisite, it was quite rich — more casual dining options would have been a welcome addition for longer stays. It’s worth noting that the château isn’t close to central Nantes, so we ended up spending quite a bit on taxis — but we were aware of this going in. Overall, this is a very, very special place — elegant, peaceful, and indulgent. We’d return in a heartbeat. "

"Excellent en tous points, accueil chaleureux, personnel dévoué et sympathique, prestations de très bonnes qualités, hôtel de très bon standing, propreté irréprochable. Restaurant La table d'Édouard propose une très bonne cuisine, pas besoin de faire des kilomètres pour aller manger. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit au départ de nos vacances et une nuit au retour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. "

"We had a great stay at Seven Urban Suites. The 1 bedroom apartment waa spacious for our family of four. Great having the small kitchen to make snacks and lunch etc. Very close to bus and two stops into the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and modern reception, rooms slightly dated but clean. Could do with drawers or something in the room, maybe in a wardrobe so there was a place for clothes, only hanging space. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Great value for money "
