"This small 2-bedroom is a great, eclectic place to stay. Walking distance to much in downtown. The backyard has a great seating area with a fire pit. I would suggest you bring a small car as the driveway is very tight. But, overall, a great stay."

I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. "My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised, clean, tidy, comfy, and a stones throw from the beach. It’s close enough to downtown S.B. that getting into town is quick and there’s a couple good restaurants and little market nearby if you need anything. The neighborhood is a little noisy and the house is older so there were times our upstairs neighbors were very noticeable; for that reason I might not recommend for anyone who is really noise sensitive. "This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. Also mentioned in the listing, there is no AC. Not too bad in February but I can’t imagine being here in the summer. The place needs work. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors are all falling off. "The location of this property was the main reason we chose it, nice and close to the beach. It was clean, but floors were unlevel, especially in the bedroom where the head of the bed seemed lower than the foot of the bed. And there was a 10 digit code to unlock/ lock the door to the room which was very cumbersome /bothersome every time we left and came back. Not sure we would stay here again as the cons probably outweighed the pros."

"No frills house with a nice view of the ocean across a busy freeway. The tv upstairs did not have cable and was not compatible with streaming apps. So there was no way to watch tv upstairs. The dishwasher was not working and had black mold in it. I ran a load and then had to wash them again by hand. The kitchen is not stocked well.
