"Not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and cleaning. The room rugs in the floor that were a bit smelly. The pool was dirty"

"A wonderful stay in Perugia. Parking was easy whey you found it. All safely undercover and locked up. Easy walking into town but uphill so take it easy. There terrace restaurant was good. Do not go to the Prior restaurant across from the hotel it was not good food. We had a wonderful time in Hotel Priori Secret Garden"

Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! "Although a bit dated, the concept of a wine and jazz hotel is fantastic. The atmosphere was great, especially when there was live music. E.g. for breakfast! A bit pricey for what you get, but I would definitely go again."

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."

"A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags. "
