"Beautiful hotel in the great location! Amazing lake view from the balcony! Good breakfast on the terrace . Silvia helped us with the parking and luggage which we really appreciated. Very nice , friendly and very helpful staff! Overall amazing experience! Definitely recommend this place to stay in Sirmione ."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
