"This place was architecturly amazing and beautiful within. The rooms, bar and spa were stunning and exuded luxury. The only thing that let it down was the buffet breakfast. It was OK but not 5 star. If this was to improve, for example, made to order breakfast then this place could truly be one of the best hotels in Europe."

"Lovely staff. Nice room and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast was good . Great area, close to lots of restaurants etc. I was on the 3rd floor and there were lots of stairs as they don’t have a lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel."

"Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."
