"While I enjoyed my stay, there were two separate altercations . Starting with coming back to our room and there were a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom . I called to inform them about the situation as I felt unsafe . I wasn’t sure who or when was there someone else in my room. The person on the other line told me that there would get the manager to come and assist me with that uncomfortable situation . THEY NEVER SHOWED UP , waited at least for 30 mins while they had said that the manager “would be up there shortly.” Th fact that nobody was professional enough to show up in person and/or even speak to me says a lot about how they handle security situations . On a separate incident , later we had to call again since the safe was no longer working . AGAIN, SECURITY ISSUES. Our valuables were stuck in the safe until finally someone showed up to unlock the safe . After successfully unlocking it they tried to “fix it, so it could be used again” they tried for 20-30mins while I could have been enjoying the amenities in the resort I had to stay there . The disappointment came after nobody apologized for any of the inconveniences, not the manager not the front desk . I was very hesitant to leaving my personal belongings outside the safe since I had already felt as if someone else had been in the room . (Strangers socks in the bathroom) I had higher expectation given that this was suggested as “VIP perks” . Truly disappointed . "
