Expansive Home with room for everyone! 6 bedrooms with fresh linens and towels, 3 full bathrooms with all the essentials. 2 fully stocked kitchens, 3 common areas with games and books, outdoor balconies with seating and ocean views and a large fenced backyard perfect for cooking out (gas grill on site) playing games and spending time with friends and family!
Salt and Sand offers a large driveway with plenty of off street parking for everyone. You’ll also find 2 outdoor showers and a convenient outdoor hose for sandy feet. Don’t have room for beach chairs? No problem! For your use, you’ll find beach towels, beach chairs, and a cart. It doesn’t get better than this!!!

The house is beautiful and the owners were very responsive and accommodating! The layout of the space allows for quiet time, if needed, but also allows large groups to gather. We would recommend this house for your families.

We did not stay or check in. My son and his fiancé came down with Covid 19 so the wedding had to be cancelled. I will say that Suzan was so helpful. She expressed her sympathy to us. We were heartbroken that the wedding had to be cancelled We will definitely rent from her once we are able

Suzan was more than accommodating while planning our trip. The house was beautiful and the set up was perfect between the amount of people we had stay. Unfortunately, the weather kept us from the beach. Fortunately, the house was awesome (especially the backyard), that we didn’t even want to leave the house. 11/10. We can’t wait to stay again next summer!
