Enjoy this new beach front condo with gorgeous views of the ocean. Just 4 short blocks from Carolina Beach Boardwalk and directly across the street from Lake Park. The large ocean front patio is great for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee, enjoying a relaxing afternoon nap or an evening cocktail.

The open floor plan features everything you would need at your home away from home. Fully furnished and well stocked kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster and coffee maker. Just outside the kitchen you have a new full size LG washer and dryer set.

We have put careful thought in making sure you have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This condo is also positioned just steps away from the private beach access, no long walks to and from your spot in the sand!

Condo features keyless entry and beach storage stocked with chairs and umbrellas.

The living room features a new 55" Samsung Smart TV along with ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. There is plenty of seating as the living room features a matching love seat/sleeper sofa set.

The king master bedroom features a new king bedroom set and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom also has large sliders with an ocean view. If you are looking for a relaxing night, the bedroom also includes a 32" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. This room also has a 32" Roku TV. The guest room is connected to the other bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.

This newly constructed condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach and is in walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Carolina Beach Lake Park is just steps away from the complex and features many summer activities such as Paddle Boats, the Saturday Farmer's Market and Sunday Family Movie night.

No worries

The location is perfect as it is really is in walking distance of the main drag and right on beach. We have stayed here before so it is one of our favorite spots to stay. Only thing is since it’s a first floor apartment you can hear when the upstairs neighbors are walking heavily which can get annoying at times. Overall would still stay here again.

This condo is as advertised! Very clean and in a great location. This place felt like home and I really enjoyed getting to spend some much needed time with my family here. Make sure to check out Britt’s Donuts and Pops Diner during your stay.

Spring Break

The property is exactly as listed, clean, homey feel and a great location! Clarissa was very helpful with restaurant & activity ideas. Check in and check out was a breeze and you can't get any closer to the beach than this condo.

Best family vacation to date

My family and I loved this amazing condo on the beach. The owners were so pleasant and made us feel so welcomed. The location was perfect to plenty of places to eat and you couldn’t be closer to the beach! We definitely will stay again!

Location for relaxation

The location was great you could walk to a lot of local restaurants and shops and boardwalk. It was quite and had a decent view but the dunes do block some of the ocean view but overall a nice place and would stay again.

Fantastic family getaway weekend!

We had such an amazing and easy time during our stay! The condo was immaculate and really was a “no worries” place. I loved the family friendly setup and my kids were so excited about the small extras like the bag of blocks we found in a drawer. Very comfortable and clean, we hope to come back in the future!

Great spot!

Wonderful place to stay at Carolina Beach for our family of 5. Could not ask for more convenience. The building has a private beach entrance and showers, and a stocked beach storage closet.

Beautiful property

Great property right on the beach. Close to lots of attractions and beach. Awesome deck for sunrises and shaded in the evening for relaxing and listening to the surf. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you might need. The location is perfect! Right on the beach and a quick walk to all the fun and food that the Carolina Beach boardwalk area has to offer. We hope to return again soon!!

Beautiful ocean-front location!

This beach front condo is so nice! We loved being right on the ocean. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed! Matt & Clarissa were excellent at responding to questions and check-in/check out was very simple and easy. We can't wait to visit again!

Overall a great experience

This was a very relaxing getaway with our teenage daughters. It was nice to have the boardwalk in such close proximity so they could have a bit of independence. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. We avoided leaving as the parking availability was very slim! Luckily, there were plenty of walkable choices for dining out. It was a bit noisy when our upstairs neighbors were active, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Family Vacation at Carolina Beach

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach NC and we were so blessed to find this gem of a location. Walking distance to everything. This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We would definitely recommend condo for anyone looking to stay beach front and near restaurants and bars and activities. We rarely needed our vehicle. The hosts are the best as well. They gave us a lot of recommendations since this was a first time visit to this beach. Five Stars.
