*Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, pots/pans, dinnerware, utensils, baking sheets and more. Large dining table plus seating at island.

*Fiber optic high speed Wi-Fi

*HD smart tv’s in living room and all bedrooms. Bring own login to use streaming services.

*Pack ‘n Play, baby gate, high chair and children’s utensils and dinnerware.

*Full sized washer and dryer in condo.

*Whole house water softener

*Private deck off living room and master suite, as well as private patio with gas grill and outdoor dining furniture

*Minutes from Carolina Beach boardwalk and amusement rides, Historic Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach State Park, Fort Fisher Aquarium, ferry to Southport, and great restaurants, shopping and 2 grocery stores

*All linens supplied (sheets, towels, pillows, blankets). Beach towels NOT provided.

*Beach wagon, beach chairs and toys available for your use.

*Ample supply of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, makeup remover wipes, coffee, creamers, sugar and Splenda packets are included.

*Pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in each shower and at master tub.

*Parking for maximum of 4 vehicles available in driveway. Attached garage is for owner’s access only and is not part of the rented property.

*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a strictly enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and VRBO Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two) are welcome for a non-refundable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home, and be on leash when outside. Dog waste must be picked up and thrown in trash cans behind house using plastic bags. If pet waste is not removed, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as additional “Trip Change” fee.

Could have been nice, but….

The overall set up of the home was good. Location is good. What we didn’t expect were the multiple things that were broken and barely functioning! Faucet, refrigerator, lamp in living room. Bunk beds were a bit scary and wobbly. Table, dining chairs and sofas all need cleaned or replaced. Shower liner on 2nd floor was pink and gross. Kitchen sink cracked and leaking. Primary tub has stuff stuck to it. Air conditioning system is wacky. Sliding door doesn’t close properly! Owner needs to attend to the details and it will be a great beach spot! There was some sort of excuse for everything! I would not recommend this place until they get it fixed!
