Spacious, newly remodeled condo. High End finish w/2 patios. Ocean views/access

This condo has been completely renovated/remodeled with hardwoods, granite, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, bathroom renovation, and custom woodwork, to make this the perfect family getaway or gathering spot for multiple families.
There is one King BR with attached Bath and a Queen in the second BR. The Sofa in the living area pulls out to a Queen and the double chair pulls out to a twin. Two full bathrooms one in master and one off the hall.
The home is fully equipped with anything from bakeware to beach toys/floats/skimboards. There is also a great room patio overlooking private pool.
Situated right beside the North End Fishing Pier, the beach is a simple, safe(esp for kids/dogs), 2 minute walk through Pier parking area. Luxury Linens, wash/dryer in unit, reserved parking for 1, guest parking for 1. Parking is under the building and behind the building it is extremely narrow and you need to be careful not to scrape your car on the pilings or fence. Denali's SUV's and Ford Explorers have parked but it is tight.

Carolina Beach Trip

Location of the property is great! Close access to the beach and some light entertainment. Cleanliness is important though, and that was the main issue for our group. The common areas such as the parking area and stairwell were very dirty and full of cobwebs and debris. I know, this complaint is not for this particular host and it really for condo association. It's about appearance and how welcoming things are for people to come back to or even recommend.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean and spacious property, close to the beach with an easy check in. Loved having two decks to enjoy! We loved the pool also. We had a small issue check in day and the host was quick to respond and offer resolution for us. Very pleased with the communication. The water has an odor here for some reason. Luckily we had brought a lot of water with us. There is also construction right in front of condo. Overall very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there.

Nice place a short walk to the beach

The location is great for beach lovers with only a very short walk to the shore. Parking is a nightmare with very, very tight spaces. It was doable, but not enjoyable to park our minivan. There are really only two bedrooms since two of the beds are pull out sofas. Communication wasn't what we are used to from other VRBO experiences, but we figured it out.

Property was lacking never was able to get the cable to work in setting room. Internet is difficult to get signed into, and parking is over all terrible, but still was enjoyable. Nice condo and location.

Not quite as expected

The unit was nice but floors were quite dirty at time of arrival. Parking was horrible especially if you bring a vehicle that you plan on taking on the beach. The unit does not allow pets but units above and below units do and you often have to listen to the dogs pacing the floors and barking because the owner has left them there. Also floors must be very thin because you could hear every footstep of the person or persons above you. There is no beach views now since they are building a new building in front of the building and that noise went on all day as well. Overall not a very relaxing place to stay due to noise and poor parking. Also we would suggest bringing more towels there are not enough for more than 2 maybe 3 people if you share.

Great Vacation Spot

We go to Carolina Beach often and as a family we agree this has been our favorite place. There was plenty of space, the balconies were a great place to have coffee and gather for family time. It’s close to the beach and the pool was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and all was correct in comparison to the listing amenities. We highly recommend this place, we had a great family vacation here.

The owner was very nice, the inside was clean but a couple dirty nasty things. Some Dirty dishes, dirty sponge smelled of mold to wash dishes with , barely any towels, nasty dirty rug in living room, noisy neighbors, dirty green pool, no showers outside work, the stairs coming into the building are nasty, the shower in the hallway didn’t work and there was a leak coming from upstairs. There was also crumbs on the comforter in a room. Barely any trash bags or soap either.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here! The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The location was great, too! Just a few steps to the beach-we left our chairs and umbrella out while we went back to the condo for lunch. And it was close to lots of restaurants! A great condo all around!

Perfect location

Perfect location for a low key family vacation. This condo is convenient to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Which has cute shops and plenty of fun for the kiddos, and who could forget Britts Donuts! Would absolutely stay here again!

Laid Back Vibe

We loved this property, especially the location. The north end of the island has such a laid back “hippie” vibe, and the locals are so nice. The pier is a fun hang out spot; even the teens liked it! The property owner was very pleasant and great to work with. Will hopefully return. 🏝️

Property listed accurately- location conveniently close to the beach & pool

The 2nd floor property condo unit is accurately listed, including the amenities (linens, beach gear, bath towels). This was a comfortable unit with enough for my daughter, son & myself. The front balcony is great for morning sunrise coffee, afternoons naps & the master balcony (rear) was great for sunsets on the sound after a beach day. Kitchen was well equipped (I cook - there was enough for us. The beds & pillows were comfortable, the washer, dryer & dishwasher are a must & did their jobs. I loved the water cooler (I have one at home) & was thrilled to not have to purchase bottled water. At Food Lion you can exchange or refill for under $5 which lasted the week. The pool & ocean were warm. Note: the previous review the week prior to our stay mentioned foul smelling water & dirty pool conditions. I gasped when I read it prior to our arrival- not the case at all. We saw someone test the water & clean the pool at least daily. Never saw a beer can or a dog in the pool. My daughter mentioned that the pool guy “didn’t get a day off”, even in the rain ( he came during a passing shower). Another time a woman staffer maintained the pool. Parking is a careful art- there are spaces that are open in the parking lot. Everything was conveniently located, accessible & clean. We did not sleep on the pull out couches. There is a vacuum, broom & cleaner to maintain the space. Aside from yourself, family, clothes, personal necessities, just bring beach towels & bug spray 😊
