Welcome to Our Pleasure Island! Enjoy a relaxing romantic getaway for two or a

fun filled small family vacation for a family of four in this second-floor

cozy (approx. 528 sq. ft) oceanfront unit with breath catching ocean views.

Price is ALL inclusive with top grade linens and plush towels for the KING

bedroom. You may rent linens and towels for the sleeper sofa for an additional

$31.64. Complimentary Wi-Fi included.

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the

nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to

Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has to offer. You can swim in the

pools or enjoy the ocean on your private access beach. Sleep in or get up

early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp

boats. Every week in the summer, you have front row seats to exciting

fireworks displays. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Enjoy a delightful stroll on the Carolina Beach oceanfront boardwalk. It is

connected to the Cabana and boasts games, restaurants, and the home of the

famous Britt's Donuts. There is dining and live entertainment within walking

distance. Opportunities for outdoor enjoyment abound!

Most peaceful vacation

We had a great time. The condo was within walking distance to everything we needed. I ❤️ the boardwalk and the friendly family vibe of the whole area. The only thing that i didn't like, is the location of the pool. Never really seen anyone use it, because its located on the corner of the property. Must say i absolutely loved our view and the very short walk to my beach umbrella. Thank you for accommodating us on our LAST Minute decision to take a vacation. Everything went extremely smooth... ❤ Joy Poole

Bad weather

The sliding glass door would not completely and was off the tracks. Rain was coming in and the condo was muggy/damp bc the door was constantly open. Check in process wasn’t very clear Parking spots are too small Overall, if the weather was better and balcony door Would have shut I would return.

Condo

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues with the condo. Grime and food on cookwear Dishes/glasses dusty No compartments in door of refrigerator for storage Patio Door was hard to open and glass was foggy Mold around the bottom of shower tile. Mold, rust and spits of water in/from vents. The musty smell in the condo transferred to any fabric items as well as suitcases and all had to be rewashed/clean upon returning home.

Will not rent again

Very dated. Cobwebs on doors. Patio door hard to open, and very cloudy. A/C comes on, sounds like a jet plane. Mold in vents. Parking very tight.
