On The Rocks is a condo in the Sunskipper community of Carolina Beach that offers one-of-a-kind ocean views and a community pool.

Plenty of windows and natural light in this open floorplan offer ocean views from the spacious living area. Look out onto the oceanfront deck and immerse yourself in the sounds of the sea crashing on the rocks below. This is the perfect spot to catch the sunrise.

The Queen bedroom suite includes a private full bathroom, private deck, and smart TV with streaming options. The bunk bedroom offers a Twin over Twin Bunk and an additional Twin bed. The full bathroom off the hallway includes a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer.

You’ll find several public beach accesses just minutes from the property, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you’d like. Please note that beach rocks and access are managed by the City of Carolina Beach and are outside of our control. There is not a private beach access at this property.

Head down to the boardwalk for the seasonal fireworks, charter a fishing trip at the nearby marina, or visit the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Carolina Beach offers something for all your friends and family to experience!

Parking instructions:
2 unassigned spots underneath the building, parking passes required to be displayed. Passes are to be left on kitchen counter. Please do not block vehicles with other units in. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards are also available for guest use.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
