Book your next vacation or weekend getaway across the street from our beautiful Carolina Beach sands. Resort-style community with relaxing pool (open thru late-October) and ocean views is across from the updated Carolina Beach fishing pier (music, food & fun) and Freeman Park (4x4 only). Nestled among a lush tropical tree lined street, enjoy your home away from home in this wonderful neighborhood (North End). From the moment of your arrival, convenient parking allows effortless unloading. Your Island getaway awaits!
THE PROPERTY
We have chair front & back porches, where you can watch the sunrise or relax! Enjoy the ocean views and breezes as you dive into vacation mode!
We are renting a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor of the last building on the North End of Carolina Beach with over 650 square feet in size. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open concepts. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room in our back balcony.
Enjoy your morning breakfast on either balconies or in our cozy kitchen. Kick back and relax as your favorite show or movie plays on the 50 inch flat-screen cable TV.
Bedroom: King Bed | Murphy Bed cabinet style (Full size) in Living Room and large sofa
4 Adults MAX (18 and older is an adult) & only 1 NON-shedding dog allowed under 20 lbs with pet fee. No exceptions.
Bedroom and living room has a TV with Amazon Fire Stick TV. You'll sleep better than ever in the comfy beds outfitted with high end luxury linens. Walk out to the front or back balcony for serenity views.
LOCATION
In the North End of Carolina Beach, this ideally located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just less than 2 minutes to the beach or the community pool. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Rentals to get around the island. A few feet away is the updated Carolina Beach Fishing Pier with great food, drinks, music, and amazing ocean views - great view of the boardwalk fireworks on certain Thursdays in the Summer.
A relaxing Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local boutiques. Have excellent seafood restaurants steps from the home for your delightful vacation days.
Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at night, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freedom Park where you can drive your 4X4 vehicle on the beach and go night fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach.

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, ice maker, coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, free high-speed WiFi, 2 flat-screen cable TVs, air conditioning, washer and dryer, high end linens, complimentary paper towels and toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, outdoor hot shower, gas grill, storage room with beach stuff and right behind is the pool surrounded with picnic tables and grills.
- In the heart of the picturesque Carolina Beach, this Pleasure Island getaway is close to great restaurants/bars, entertainment, and shopping in town.
- Nearest Commercial Airport: ILM - Wilmington North Carolina
Policies:
- NO smoking in condo or on balconies
- One NON-shedding DOG allowed (no other pets allowed) – under 20 lbs. $125 non-refundable pet fee. Must be house trained and on flea prevention. Dog not allowed on furniture.
- NO events, parties or large gatherings - quiet hours begin at 9pm.
- Minimum renting age 25, and person renting must be present and on-site throughout the stay (no renting for someone else).
We only 1 parking pass for guests that will need to be returned inside of our condo – towing enforced. Fee will be charged for lost passes. Public parking down the street.
During King Tide or hurricane season, one of the main streets (Canal Dr) may flood for a few hours but our follow detour signs when this occurs – take Carolina Beach blvd when this occurs.

Supervision of guests:
It is the tenant’s responsibility to supervise all guests and ensure house rules are followed and safety is the priority.
**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 4 people.
We also have a beach house that sleeps 8 with private heated pool a few blocks away listed here on VRBO.
