If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, you’ve found it at La Mare Vita an oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Fully remodeled, this bright space boasts ocean views a modern, open layout, easy beach access and a large community pool.


Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!


Enjoy perfect ocean views, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, dolphins frolicking in the surf, and amazing sunrises all from your private balcony in this first floor condo (with an elevator!!). No need to load up the beach wagon and trek across roads, La Mare Vita is on the ocean!


Every Thursday night in Carolina Beach there are free fireworks on the beach (which you can see from the balcony) and bands playing on the boardwalk. Sunday nights feature free movies playing at the lake, which is only a short walk from La Mare Vita. On Friday evenings, there is a free outdoor concert at Fort Fisher State park, which is only a short drive away.

**Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **
**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
***NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.
**Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission

Our stay was everything we hoped for! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful oceanfront view. The location was perfect—right by the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. iTrip was an excellent host, making everything smooth and easy. We had an amazing stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The condo was very clean and very well stocked with essential items with a very nice view. Very accessible to the boardwalk and other local amenities. The only negative thing about our stay was having only one elevator in the complex which was on the South end of the property, while we were located on the North end of the property.

Very easy to access and get too! The only complaint would be the front bathroom tub and as hard to use because of the knobs other than that it was a great condo! Lots of space for us 4 a nice little kitchen and I enjoyed the freezer having an ice maker! Our kids loved it they walked in and was so excited about it and how they had there own bathroom!

Stayed here with my husband and 6 year old. Location is very convenient/easy access to beach and boardwalk. Accommodations were as described. Easy check in and check out process. Only complaint that I communicated was that the shower heads should definitely be replaced. But other than that, it was as expected.

Our vacation could not be better than this oceanfront place in Carolina beach! We loved being just steps away from a vibrant array of dining, shopping and activities after a long day on the beach or at the pool. The condo is bright, beautifully updated with modern finishes and tasteful decor. The kitchen is stocked and the beds are equally impressive. The rental management company’s communication is subpar to none. The place is a true gem, blending convenience at the coast with a beautiful, clean, modern condo experience.

The cleaning service that you the property manager uses has to be a total scam!!! Had to go and buy shower cleaner to remove the black mold from the shower\tubes. The floor was so nasty I had to sweep/vacuum a huge pile of sand up as soon as we arrived.

Good location condo, unfortunately I am really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, cobwebs on the fixtures, floors weren’t cleaned as well as appliances and the bathrooms seems like haven’t been cleaned in a very while, shower heads and toilet rims had mold and tubs seems likeweren’t clean at all.

Had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach and the condo was fantastic. Very handicap accessible. I really enjoyed being walking distance from the beach and our view was great. The property management made it feel like home away from home.
