If you want beach front, this is your place! The kids loved the queen bunk beds and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise! Only real draw backs were having to wait for access to the app to let us in, no outside shower or hose, and the broken armchair in the living room - which left us with not enough seats for our family to sit together in the living room. Kitchen had pretty much anything you needed but bring garbage bags! Beds were super comfy but the sheets were not so maybe bring your own linens. Would definitely stay again!

We had a few very minor hiccups when we got there and during our stay. This is to be expected if we are alive and living lol. Grant was absolutely percent amazing at responding quickly and handling anything that needed to be taken care of. Beautiful place to stay as far as location and beach access! My only complaint is one of the pools didn’t appear to be maintained and we couldn’t swim in it due to murky water and worms. Parking is a bit of a stressor for travelers with large vehicles due to pylons under the condos not giving much room to get in and out of your vehicle once you park. We did have an amazing much needed vacation here!!!

This place was exactly what we needed. You don't get any closer to the beach than this. I highly recommend waking up early to see the sunrise. We had some minor hiccups upon arriving for check-in. It was obvious the unit had not been cleaned, but Grant was quick to return my call and sent the cleaning people right away. He offered to comp our first night (still waiting on that?). Despite that hiccup, we would definitely come back and stay here.
