4/5 - Good
Caro is a small town/village with one main road, 2 to 3 trafic lights, fast food joints, a Walmart, and other such stores. We did not spend time in Caro as it was a place to sleep while visiting relatives.

Quaint little hotel near shopping and many restaurants with good food and prices

Everything was great. Host was very responsive and helpful to my questions. Waking up to deer in the backyard was a cool bonus. Will be coming back in the future.

Parking was great. I felt safe, comfortable, and very much 'at home' as a solo woman traveler. The room was very well appointed, although the internet is a bit slow. The location is great too. I will definitely come back here when I need to be in Caro the next time.

Enjoyed the 50’s theme and rec room (upstairs and other building) were great additions.

Though McLaren Caro Region might be what brings you to town, perhaps you'll have a chance to explore more of Caro while you are here.

It my home town, and it was nice to gp back for a visit.
Very mid-western. Nothing fancy, just your hard working, patriotic, conservative citizens.
I liked Caro. Cute downtown. Wish i could have explored more and hope they continue to do more with downtown....and the sugar factory! I never knew!
Caro is a *genuine* small town—not a caricature of one designed for tourists. I grew up in the country in Tuscola County—and my visit showed me that it remains authentically unique. It will always be Home!
