"Only disappointments we had were that we asked for a room with a view and the room that we got was blocked by a huge tree. And another issue was there was no bottled water to purchase. The vending machines and mini mart were all empty ."

"Outside of the nice woman that check us in not another staff member ever said hi, asked us how our stay was, and they all avoided eye contact all together. Even the server in their restaurant barely acknowledged us until it came time to give us the check. For sightseeing and historic buildings it is the perfect location. We loved how confident it was to everything we wanted to do."

"We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing."

"Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was really quiet for being close to the airport. The staff were also speedy in getting a high temperature in the lobby and breakfast area cooled down. “Stuff” happens but the staff were on it!"
