"A great hotel to stay at when you want to be near Pike Market. Just a few minutes away from it. Friendly and kind staff who are willing to help at all times. The only downside was there was only 1 elevator working during my stay. It's not that I had to wait for long, but most of the time the elevator was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this hotel. Would recommend."

"We arrived at the hotel early, tired and frazzled from our flight, but the staff provided first-class service from the moment we walked through the door. The attendants brought our luggage to the check-in counter, and the front desk stored it while we explored Seattle. When we returned, our bags were neatly arranged in our room. Communication was excellent, and the service at the bar was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions, and the coffee was crafted to perfection. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we only wish our schedule had allowed us to stay longer. We will definitely be back on our next trip!"
