"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. "Excellent location if you’re departing from Terminal one as you are right in the terminal with no hassle of transportation to the terminal. If you are unfamiliar with the airport terminal and check in the day before, you can use your free time to get familiar with the terminal so you know exactly where to go when checking in as the terminal is huge! Comfy beds and quiet. Not much in the way of restaurants but you can get take out inside the terminal. Big soaking tub if you want to unwind and relax. There is a shower as well. The hotel is huge and our receptionist got us a room that was fairly close to the elevators as it could be quite a hop when walking to your room."
