Beautiful single-family house "Quelvezin", 2 storeys, built in 2013. On the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Carnac, 6 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: garden 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (3 x 11 m, depth 145 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Hot tub, barbecue, children's playground, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bakery 3.5 km, sandy beach "Carnac ou Plouharnel" 8 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Carnac" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 8 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Les Alignements de Carnac 5 km, La Trinité sur mer 9 km, Plouharnel - Erdeven 6 km, Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 30 km, Lorient 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Carnac, 8 km.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), shower. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 200 cm, length 200 cm), shower and hydro massage bath. Exit to the balcony. Gallery with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 5 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. The exteriors around the pool are not finished, concrete on the ground. Plantations are missing.
