Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre et de la plage, le logement est bien équipé. Bémol sur le ménage qui n’était impeccable à l’arrivée notamment l’extérieur (la terrasse). Canapé ipas au standing du reste de l’appartement et manque un grand récipient pour cuire des pâtes.

Logement conforme à la description : spacieux, propre, protégé de la chaleur par le parc de pins, calme, balcon spacieux où l'on peut manger à 4 personnes sans souci. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Très bon équipement : deux salles de bains très appréciable. Meilleure location depuis que je loue pour les vacances.

Appartement parfaitement situé à Carnac

Si d'extérieur l'immeuble fait un peu "année" 60 - appartement lui a été refait récemment avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille de 3/4 personnes - rien de manque : un belle cuisine - une salle de bain et une salle d'eau - le balcon est suffisamment grand pour y déjeuner. Le gros "plus" est une situation idéale à 200 mètres de la grande plage et à proximité des commerces.
