The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Les Embruns", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2022, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), separate WC and shower. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Acces to bathroom from the bedroom. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet einen ordentlichen Komfort. Die zentrale Lage in Carnac ist eigentlich von Vorteil, allerdings befindet sich direkt ggü. dieser ein Pizzaautomat, der über die Nacht verteilt sehr laute und schreiende Jugendgruppen anlockt. Wir haben keine Nacht durchschlafen können. Und ein weiterer kleiner Mangel waren die teils unangenehmen Küchenabdämpfe der direkt nebenan befindlichen Creperie. Insofern aus u.Sicht bedingt empfehlenswert.
