- Fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, deep fryer, plancha.
- Living/Dining room: sofa bed 140cm, coffee table, storage, TV unit, TV, dining table + 6 chairs.
Patio door opening onto balcony equipped with outdoor furniture (table, 4 chairs, parasol).
- Bedroom: 1 double bed 140cm, 1 large chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp,
- Bathroom with WC: shower, washing machine, towel dryer, washbasin with 1 sink, mirror, storage.

"The location was fabulous. Secure free parking. Building very secure.The living room and bathroom were very up-to-date and modern." Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Seul petit point à améliorer la douche car l'eau déborde (manque de joint). Cependant, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
