Carnac, seaside resort renowned for its beautiful fine sand beaches and prehistoric site.

In the heart of Carnac-Plage, in a high-end residence with lift, sea view, in immediate proximity to the beach and shops, approximately 200m from the sailing club.

On the 4th and top floor, 25m² studio with clear sea view, classified 2 stars, WIFI.
Entrance through a corridor leading to the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and adjacent independent toilet.
Living area with a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, a small refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
Bar defining the living room/dining area furnished with a table and chairs, a bench (2 pull-out 90cm beds for 2 sleeping spaces), TV, 2 bay windows giving access to the loggia balcony with an unobstructed sea view.

Small pet accepted (additional €25)

"Bonjour, c’était un séjour très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la grande plage de Carnac, du quatrième étage ! Studio compte et propre, malgré le petit lit gigogne d’une personne ! Je propose par la suite une canapés-lits pour deux personnes, ayant aussi la possibilité de garder la télé ( et pas tomber du lit), même si on est une seule personne ! "Séjour 14-21/09/2024 bien agréable, avec la plage de sable blanc à 150m. Le studio est bien conforme à la description de Bernard&Morgane. Pour les mégalithes, à voir à pieds pour les marcheurs mais aussi accessibles par la ligne 1 du Breizhgo arrêt Illertissen + 800m à pieds + le bus cabriolet "Menhirs Tour" avec les commentaires que nous avons bien appréciés. Sinon le petit train, le vélo, la bagnole... N'oubliez pas d'aller au marché St-Fiacre le dimanche après votre arrivée, vous aurez tout ce qu'il faut pour apprécier la belle vue de la terrasse du 4ème étage (le plus haut, le plus beau). l'agence vous demande vos coordonnées bancaires. Pas d'oreillers et alaises souillées. Étendoir de linge tout rouillé et radiateur salle d'eau HS. Autres radiateurs = grilles pains. Détecteur de fumée arraché. Prises de courant dangereuses (sur l'évier) cageots dans le garage qui s'effondrent sur votre capot. L'agence ne vous remplace pas les alaises ignobles, justifiant que c'est la fin de saison. On a pas pu avoir non plus d'oreillers. Le bouquet : l'agence passe le chiffon à poussière pendant l' état des lieux..alors que nous avions tout nettoyé. Nota :mauvaise fois et mépris de l'agence:du jamais vu !
