500m from the Grande Plage of Carnac and close to shops, duplex 3-room apartment (approx. 42m²) for 4 people, located in the Résidence LE PARC II (Building B, 1st floor, door 24). Heated shared pool open from mid-June to mid-September :

- Entrance with storage and washing machine
- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa bed: 2-person sleeping, 140, duvet) opening onto south-facing terrace (garden furniture) with a view of the residence pool
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140, duvet) and en-suite shower room
- WC

Upstairs (child safety gate at the top of the stairs):
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90, duvets)

Great Flat

The flat is small but perfectly formed. The decor is lovely and it has all the necessary equipment including washing machine. It’s in a quiet location with a lovely view of the pool. The complex is small, well kept and pretty. The pool was clean and warm. Carnac beach’s shops and restaurants and the beach are a 5 minute walk away. We had a fantastic time here with our 7month old and 4 yr old. We’d highly recommend. Things to note: One double is downstairs with an en suite shower and the other larger room room is upstairs with the bathroom. The only toilet is downstairs.
