Clearly the communication between Vrbo and The Ivy was not working, however a room was found for us, had to be changed from a double to a twin as per specifics of our booking. Newly decorated and carpeted room, very lovey, dated shower and NO mattress cover on the my single bed ? Yuk. "I was traveling with my daughter, husband and mother-in-law. The place was so nice - everyone was happy with their room (comfy beds) and bathroom. The condo is well equipped for cooking and eating in or super close to many restaurant and pub options. Bring your own ground coffee though if that is a must have for you! Quite close to Connemara National Park and the abbey - and so much more! I would definitely stay here again."

"This was a great homebase for our family to visit all of the wonders of Connemara. There was plenty of room to spread out when we needed space and walking to the restaurants, shops, and sites in Clifden was very easy. We had no problem finding parking spots and being right off of the Galway road made venturing to other area attractions super convenient. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area."

"If you want to be in a central town location with everything in walkable distance, then this is a good choice. Well furnished, with modern fixtures and fittings, the kitchen was good for self-catering. It has a mini fridge/freezer. Also the bathroom has a power shower. My only challenge was poor natural light as all window panes were frosted for privacy reasons. Ok for a short stay, but not for an extended one. For this reason, I think the apartment is somewhat overpriced. Clifden is difficult...
