It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!"

"SCAMMERS. You cancelled my booking an hour before my check in TIME FOR June 15 to 18. I DID NOT CONFIRM CANCELLATION, REFUND NOR RELOCATION. STAFF TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO CHECK RESERVATION INFO BUT NEVER CALL BACK. WE TRAVELLED FOR HOURS AND YET NONE OF YOU IS RESPONDING TO MY CALLS AND MESSAGES ABOUT UNIT DETAILS. NOW THEY WERE ASKING ME TO COORDINATE WITH EXPEDIA FOR REFUND???? HOW FRISTRATING. DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. "

"Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit."

"The shelf above the desk means you are constantly banging you head on it. Needs to be converted to a pull out underdesk laptop/keyboard shelf arrangement. The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside."

"This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious."
