As it happens, we had no need to ask them for help, since the property was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. This rental is located in close proximity to a beautiful park, with well-kept walking paths, and is also walking distance to the center of the charming town of Sebastopol. We couldn't have asked for a better venue."

"It was beautiful and comfortable for a large group of 14 adults. 1 bedroom and bathroom upstairs/main floor and the other bathrooms and rooms were downstairs. It felt like a nice balance since the upstairs/main level was all open for hanging out. It had great privacy in a cul-de-sac. The only down side was not having enough mirrors in the house for getting ready, which seems minor in such a beautiful place. "We ended up here for a single Sunday night after our Bodega Bay stay ran short — not exactly a planned stop, but we needed three bedrooms and this fit the bill geographically. "One regret about booking this property; we didn't stay longer. We use VRBO often and I have high expectations when I book a stay. Everything about this property was 10stars, it is right at the top of the list of our favorite places. The outdoor deck is a perfect place to start out the day with your morning beverage.
