This hotel is nestled in Carmel Downtown area perfect for walking to the beautiful beach or checking out the many shops and restaurants. Upon check in, we were greeted with cheerful hospitality and shown our room and where to park. We were given amazing recommendations for restaurants to try and places to check out while in town. The room was clean, and the daily breakfast was the perfect to fuel the day of exploring. I highly recommend staying here for its charm and hospitality that you won't get at a brand name hotel.

Best possible location. We parked our and never touched it. It’s a 5 minute walk to the cutest beach ever. And it’s in the downtown area just steps away from all of the shops and restaurants. The breakfast basket was the best surprise. Every morning it was delivered just as we were walking up. Adorable! We will return for sure.

Birthday Getaway

The Inn far exceeded our expectations. We were treated as valued guests by the owner Casey who had graciously upgraded our room and provided a complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The room was in a secluded and quiet area that had a outdoor seating area where we could hear the ocean while enjoying the complimentary sherry and chocolates. To all who wish to visit Carmel-By-The-Sea, we highly recommended this Inn.

The cutest little inn! Perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and you walk right into downtown when you step out your room so you can easily explore everything on foot. Every morning they hand-deliver a breakfast basket, which was such a sweet touch. Parking on property also! They even let us check in earlier than our scheduled time, which was a big plus. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that there’s only one mirror in the bathroom with very very little counter space, which made doing my makeup and getting ready a bit tricky. It would be amazing if they added a mirror somewhere in the room itself to make it easier to get ready! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I’d love to stay here again!
