This beautiful spacious Carmel Point home offers magnificent ocean views. A short stroll to both Carmel Beach and Carmel River State Beach.

You will feel pampered in the upper level luxurious private master suite with a beautifully appointed spa bathroom, relax in the jetted tub or unwind in the large shower. The master suite features a large walk in closet with its own Miele washer and dryer.

The main level consists of a spacious open living room with large fireplace, dining room, media area with wet bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features top line appliances including Wolf and Subzero.

Also located on the main level is beautiful bedroom suite with queen bed and with an adjoining sitting room with pull out couch.

The outside living area with barbeque can be accessed from both the media area and main level bedroom suite.

The lower level entrance has a large laundry room, a tandem 2 car garage and the third bedroom suite with bath.

This home is tastefully appointed with comfortable elegance.

The perfect location in Carmel-By-The-Sea
Couldn’t have been happier with the location of this property. The home was cozy and well Appointed with everything we needed. It’s worn in so not too precious which is great if you have kids. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

Amazing stay in Carmel!
The property was perfect for a week in Carmel. The view was incredible, with a short walk to the beach and town. The entire house was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We could not have imagined a better location for our family vacation. Highly recommend!!

Super location and views
Nice home in a perfect location. 2 minute walk to both beaches and a 15 min walk into Carmel village. We enjoyed the walk into town looking at all the quaint Carmel homes along the way. The views/sunsets from this home are super. For those who have trouble navigating stairs, this home may not be a good choice as each of the 3 bedrooms are on different levels.. Also, the lower bedroom can only be accessed by walking from the house through the garage. This bedroom was dark and not as inviting as the others even though it had an en-suite bath.. There is plenty of room in the house to spread out with comfortable beds and furnishings. I do think the home could use more lighting especially in the living room which has very high vaulted ceilings without trac lighting and only 2 table lamps. The kitchen is well lit and has high end appliances and very well equipped. The construction noise next door was minimal, but sometimes,backing out of the driveway was a challenge with all the workers trucks parked along the street. The owner, Kathy, was super nice and very responsive to our needs. We had a great 3 week stay!

Carmel delight.
The location is wonderful. Just a very short walk down to Scenic Rd. And the beautiful beach. The home was perfect for three couples to share. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the are on three different levels which affords privacy. The views from the living room are ocean views and we saw beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again!
