"Cleaned everything except sheets and was charged extra for not washing sheets ( stripped bed and left sheets in tub with towels as per hotels ) but no washer and dryer. 4pm checkin and 10am checkout seems like the host is prioritizing the cleaning crew over the guests. Instructions mention cottage although the room appears to be a half carport walled in under a house."

"Bill's place is wonderful. So many thoughtful details. All the comforts are covered. And the multiple outdoor spaces around the property are beautiful and serene. He's put so much care into the place and you can feel it. The location couldn't be better for exploring the 17 mile drive, Carmel and Monterey. Thanks so much Bill! "
